Send
your plasmid DNA to us
| We
needs at least 1 ug of your plasmid with
labeled concentration in waster or TE. The
plasmid should be purified from Dam+ E.coli. Almost
all of the commonly used E.coli strains (DH5a,
TOP10, XL1-Blue....) are Dam+.
Before
sending your plasmid sample, please
verify your sample quality and amount by
both OD mesurement and agarose gel
electrophoresis.
