OneMinute® Plus Western Blot Stripping Buffer

Longer shelf life and economy-size available. This buffer has slightly better stripping efficiency than the original OneMinute® and is ideal for labs with high throughput or long-term storage needs.

Protocols

1. Immerse membrane in OneMinute® Plus Western Blot Stripping Buffer for 30 sec.
2. Wash the blot with Washing Buffer (TBST or PBST) 3 x 10 seconds*.
*The blot is ready for re-probing. Re-blocking membrane is usually not necessary.

Fig 10. OneMinute® Plus is a bit better than OneMinute®, and OneMinute® Advance has the highest stripping efficiency. 293 cell lysate was probed with high-affinity actin antibody (left panel). Blots were then stripped with OneMinute® Stripping Buffer, or OneMinute® Plus Stripping Buffer, or PBST control (-), or OneMinute® Advance Stripping Buffer. The blots were then re-probed with 2nd antibody to test the presence of actin antibody(Right panel). Please click the figure for details.
