This buffer does not have stripping effect on its own, but a 5-minute pretreatment dramatically increases the stripping efficiency of our other buffers, especially for high-affinity antibodies.

Fig 9. OneMinute® WB Stripping Enhancing buffer dramatically increase stripping efficiency. 293 cell lysate was probed with high-affinity Mouse-anti-Human Actin antibody (left panel). Blots were treated with or without the Enhancing Buffer for 5 min, then followed by stripping with OneMinute® Stripping Buffer for 1 min.
