| We needs at least 1 ug (micro-gram) of your plasmid with labeled concentration in water or TE for mutagenesis reaction.
The
plasmid should be purified from Dam+ E.coli. Almost
all of the commonly used E.coli strains (DH5a,
TOP10, XL1-Blue....) are Dam+.
Before sending your plasmid sample, please verify your sample quality and amount by both OD measurement and agarose gel
electrophoresis. |
